The Hilton venue has limited space, therefore this is a first-come first-serve event, with only 26 tables available.
What you receive as a DVHIMSS Spring Symposium Exhibitor:
- One 6-foot table with tablecloth, WiFi, 2 chairs. Electricity to your booth will be limited and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.
- Complimentary tickets to the event depending on your sponsor level (Executive = 5, Corporate = 3, Associate = 2)
- Complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks and happy hour
- Company name, logo and location referenced in floor plan as well as promoted through a Bingo card and event marketing
- Pre- and post-conference attendee lists of attendees that have opted in for limited scope marketing related to the event
- Up to 6 sponsors for Breakout introductions first come first serve and by sponsorship level

- Vendors can offer giveaways at tables and raffle prizes
- Space is limited so we would request you do not bring a pop-up booth or large banners.
