HIMSS Conference Luncheon sponsorship opportunities!

During the national HIMSS conference, we will host a member luncheon with four regional chapters: New Jersey, Delaware Valley, New York, and the Keystone HIMSS Chapters. This will be a fantastic gathering of our regional Healthcare IT leaders. The luncheon will be held at the Caesars Forum in Forum 136 from 11:45 am to 2 pm PST on Tuesday, March 4th. We expect approximately 325 members to attend the luncheon, which will have a $25 fee for attendees.  Register for the luncheon Here

Table Included Sponsorship Option – $2,000

  • Sponsor can have their display table on the perimeter of the luncheon room
  • The sponsor can bring 2 people from their organization to attend the luncheon free of charge and network with all attendees
  • Sponsors’ logos will be printed on a flyer, which will be distributed to all attendees and also be displayed on PowerPoint during luncheon
  • Chapter Presidents will recognize and thank each sponsor during a short period where they will speak during the luncheon
  • Approximately one week before the sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all attendees who have registered for the luncheon
  • Approximately one week after the event, the sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all who attended the luncheon

No-Table Sponsorship Option (can bring pop-up banner) – $1,000

  • The sponsor can bring 2 people from their organization to participate in the luncheon free of charge and network with all attendees
  • The sponsor can bring their marketing banner if it is the type of banner that is a pop-up type, and we can place it at the door or in a prominent area of the large room
  • Sponsors’ logos will be printed on a flyer, which will be distributed to all attendees and also be displayed on PowerPoint during luncheon
  • Chapter Presidents will recognize and thank each sponsor during a short period where they will speak during the luncheon
  • Approximately one week before the sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all attendees who have registered for the luncheon
  • Approximately one week after the event, the sponsor will receive a data file containing the names and email addresses of all who attended the luncheon.
