2026 Spring Symposium Table Top Registration

THANK YOU for being a Delaware Valley HIMSS Annual Sponsor. With your sponsorship you will receive complimentary registration to this event based upon your sponsorship level, and the opportunity to showcase your solutions to our members. The College of Physicians venue has limited space, therefore this is a first-come first-serve event, with only 15 tables available.What you receive as a DVHIMSS Spring Symposium Exhibitor:

• One 6-foot table with tablecloth, WiFi, 2 chairs. Electricity to your booth will be limited and we will do our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.

• Complimentary tickets to the event depending on your sponsor level (Executive = 5, Corporate = 3, Associate = 2)

• Complimentary breakfast, lunch, snacks and happy hour

• Company name, logo and location referenced in floor plan as well as promoted through event marketing

• Pre- and post-conference attendee lists of attendees that have opted in for limited scope marketing related to the event

• Up to 6 sponsors for Breakout introductions first come first serve and by sponsorship level

Additional Notes:

• Vendors can offer giveaways at tables and raffle prizes

• Space is limited so we would request you do not bring a pop-up booth or large banners.
