Fabian is Vice President, Revenue Cycle Operations at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), Philadelphia, PA. In his current role, Fabian leads initiatives for transforming the revenue cycle. Fabian is an experienced healthcare professional who has worked in the field for over 28 years. He was an Associate Vice President of Revenue Cycle and Health Information Management for the Patient Revenue Management Organization at Duke University Health System in Durham, North Carolina. He has also held various positions, including clinical provider, healthcare, and revenue cycle leader. Fabian has a strong record of transformational leadership and has tackled essential topics such as health equity and social determinants. He is passionate about addressing health disparities and systematic barriers to equitable healthcare. Fabian’s expertise includes health workforce and leadership, including change management, leadership development, and talent management. He is knowledgeable in data analytics and has used it for decision-making, quality improvement, and care coordination. Furthermore, Fabian is passionate about healthcare innovation and entrepreneurship. He enjoys fostering innovative collaboration to drive and support healthcare startups, incubators, and accelerators to develop and scale innovative solutions that improve healthcare delivery.
